Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Little Sweden is aimed at those who like outdoor living, cooking on a fire/grill, with e.g. wild and edible plants, swimming in the fjord or hiking in the forest. The home is built with sustainable materials and simply furnished with a sofa bed, small dining table and simple kitchen inside and out. There is electricity and light. Solar panels and charger for electric cars. In the garden there is a simple outdoor shower and a separation toilet.

Charming older 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Roskilde. Excellent location just across from Roskilde station and 2 minutes from the pedestrian street. Easy access to everything. Trains directly to the festival site, several departures per hour to Copenhagen and good bus connections to the many scenic areas around Roskilde. The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in double bed. As a starting point, rent out for a minimum of 2 nights.

The house is located in a quiet area, close to Roskilde and about 300 meters to the beach with a jetty. Nearby there are also 2 restaurants. About 2.5 km to shopping opportunities The house is located our backyard where we are staying ourselves.

The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, all basic toiletries and towels. The apt. is light and airy with high ceilings.
