We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 10 km outside Malmö. Close to the Arriesjön hiking area and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad, about 3 km from here. There is a convenience store in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, a larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger available, please let us know if you want to charge fee 3.50 SEK/kWh is paid directly to the host.
