The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

You can choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private patio with access to barbecue. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by the guests.

Right next to it is a separate cottage with an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a fireplace, a pond and a beautiful garden. It is the perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 km from the sea.
