From the bedroom, through a narrow corridor (not for wheelchairs), into the kitchen area where there is a small dining area with a kitchen sofa. Kitchen with sink (water), microwave, fridge and freestanding hotplate. Outside the bedroom, there is a pergola with a seating area/dining area. Outside the guest house, there is a large green area with football goals. 500 meters to the sea with sandy beach. 600 meters to Gislöv's harbour with Stetti café & bistro.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

You can choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private patio with access to barbecue. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by the guests.

You are welcome to enjoy the garden and you have free parking on the street. Since it is an old house you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbours.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.
