Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Around 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village there is, among other things, a grocery store with a wide range, a kiosk with a street kitchen and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. Here there is a health centre and in the shop we find a smaller range of pharmacy products.

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our place is good for nature lovers & couples.
