The Little House

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Nynäs Gård: rural, tranquil environment near Smygehamn.

The guesthouse is situated in a rural area but not alone in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling rape and wheat fields. A few miles south stretches several miles of long beaches and in Smygehamn there is Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk. Many picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here at Söderslätt but also at nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within 45 min drive. Sea trout fishing. Bird watching. Borrow our bicycles and take a ride along the many small roads.

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandcafé. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, grill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

South coast Sweden's southernmost cape Smygehuk Smygehamn between Trelleborg Ystad Compact fresh cottage of 50 sqm with living room, kitchen, new extended fresh toilet/shower of 6 sqm, 2 bedrooms (2+2 beds), patio with terrace. Including TV and Wifi Access to the entire garden. Walking distance to coast and swimming, fishing village, shops (150 m), Snygehuk. We're following the CDC (read description on AirBnb) cleaning guidelines for helping prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Cozy room in separate building.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Welcome to stay at our lovely stable studio apartment, situated right next to Beddinge golf course and just a short walk to the long, white Beddinge beach. This is a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing holiday. It’s close to restaurants, the grocery store, tennis club, minigolf and beautiful trekking or running tracks. Adorable Eastern Beachfront Guest Apartment

Cozy guest apartment of about 35 sqm with its own entrance and free parking. Furnished and complete with all you need. Close to nice sandy beach and close to trains/buses with connections to Malmö/Lund/Copenhagen, Ystad/Österlen, Skanör/Falsterbo etc. Laundry room, garden and outdoor space are shared with host according to agreement. The yaccuzin can absolutely be borrowed with advance notice and in agreement with the host.

Kick back and relax in this calm, fresh space within bathrobe distance to a stunning sandy beach. Enjoy beautiful boardwalks, beach hangouts or why not take a bike ride along the coast to Smygehuk. (Bikes available to hire). Bus stop outside the door so you can easily get to Trelleborg center, Malmö and Copenhagen. Great environment and close to both grocery store, restaurant and golf.
