We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Nynäs Gård: rural, peaceful environment near Smygehamn.

Minimum booking: 5 nights. The guest house is rural but not lonely in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling fields. A few miles south stretches several miles of long beaches and in Smygehamn there is Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk. Picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here on Söderslätt but also on nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within 45m driving. Sea trout fishing. Bird watching. Rent our bikes and take a ride along the many small roads.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Norra Åby - Newly renovated accommodation with rural location

This newly renovated (July 2025) house from 1940 is located in the countryside, with proximity to a small community with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. Fantastic nature with sugar beets, wheat, barley, rapeseed and other crops around the corner. Lush secluded garden for barbecuing and relaxation. Two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom and large living room downstairs. Only 12-14 minutes to Smygehuk, TT-Line and Trelleborg, about 40 minutes to Ystad, Lund, Malmö and Kastrup. Close to Österlen. Welcome!

This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.
