Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. Completely renovated guest house for up to 4 people. NOTE: The house is 24 sqm, has a double bed of 180 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm. The house is ideal for 2 people but it is possible to accommodate 4 people. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a simple kitchen.

A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!
