Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Perfect for the big family or for friends who want to hang out and enjoy long summer evenings in a lush private garden with proximity to the sea. The location is between Trelleborg and Ystad. Here, 4-6 people live in the large house and 2 and 4 people respectively in guest cottages on the property with associated kitchenette and bathroom. 12 beds in total. Perfect for 8 adults and 4 children. The small cottages will be renovated during the summer of 2026. More pictures will be coming...

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need. The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. In the autumn, winter and spring you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

Walking distance to the sea and swimming (150 meters) Good bus connections with close to bus stop. Walking and cycling distance to nearby restaurants. Close to other services.
