Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling fields of grain and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. A perfect place for those seeking tranquility, rural charm and proximity to nature and coastal life. Note: Pet-free

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Guesthouse for maximum 4 persons

New guesthouse for maximum 4 persons. Fully equipped. Public transportations are not the best so we REALLY recommend getting here by car. Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. Close to Kämpinge/Höllviken/Skanör/Falsterbo/Malmö/Trelleborg/Copenhagen

Treat yourself to a rest in a picturesque place! The property has a guest house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a gym and an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Right next to it is a separate cottage with an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a fireplace, a pond and a beautiful garden. It is the perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 km from the sea.
