Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Nynäs Gård: rural, tranquil environment near Smygehamn.

The guesthouse is situated in a rural area but not alone in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling rape and wheat fields. A few miles south stretches several miles of long beaches and in Smygehamn there is Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk. Many picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here at Söderslätt but also at nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within 45 min drive. Sea trout fishing. Bird watching. Borrow our bicycles and take a ride along the many small roads.

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need. The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Most often you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

Cosy accommodation with courtyard feel in lush and lush garden with free parking. Fantastic hiking opportunities along the sea and coast or inland in the beautiful Scanian landscape. Bicycles are available for loan. Several very good and nice restaurants are within bicycle distance. Good breakfast is possible and is ordered upon arrival.

Cozy guest apartment of about 35 sqm with its own entrance and free parking. Furnished and complete with all you need. 300 m from fine sandy beach and close to train/buses with connections to Malmö/Lund/Copenhagen, Ystad/Österlen, Skanör/Falsterbo etc. Laundry room, garden and outdoor space are shared with host according to agreement. The yaccuzzin can absolutely be borrowed with advance notice and in agreement with the host.

Nice and bright attic apartment with nice light from the skylight that accommodates four guests. One bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with a sofa bed. Walking distance to the sea and swimming(150meters) Good bus connections with close to the stop. Walking and biking distance to restaurants nearby. Close to other services.
