Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as your own oasis. City center and central station reachable in 5 min, beach in 12 min by bicycle. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement floor with sauna, billiards and relaxation. One bedroom (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made into double beds). One bathroom and one toilet. Pool April–October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for basic maintenance of the garden and pool, as well as watering the flowers. The house cat, Chilli, is also present.

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step into this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white sand dunes on a large natural plot by the sea. The house, in well-preserved original condition from 1961, has an unpretentious elegance and is at the same time so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson, who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner, who had this as a summer house. Here he could retreat and enjoy the tranquility.

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...
