Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

It has sun all day and possibility of barbecue, games and hammock. Up the stairs is entrance to the hallway, kitchen with large dining area, VDR with fireplace, library and appleTV, Master Bedroom and finally Bathroom with shower. The house is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Grocery store within 2,5 km. If you do not cook there are two fine restaurants within 7 kilometers and a local restaurant within 400 meters. Golf course, grocery store and pizza restaurants within 2-2,5 kilometers. We will communicate via this site.
