Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by grain fields. We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as the whole of Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms downstairs of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparum" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor is renovated and is heated. On the other hand, daylight is missing.

The farm annex

Welcome to our little strawberry place - a charming farm annex in a beautiful Skånelänga from 1844. Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling fields of grain and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. A perfect place for those seeking tranquility, rural charm and proximity to nature and coastal life. Note: Pet-free

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
