Bright and nice wintery single storey house with 6 beds and one bathroom. The house is about 100 m2 large excluding outdoor space and wooden deck. Generous living spaces, light, spacious dining room, and glassed-in patio. The kitchen is stocked and grill is on the wooden deck. Large secluded garden with trampoline and other equipment for outdoor play. The house is located a stone's throw from the coastline and with walking distance to sandy beach. 5 km to Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk, 30 km to Ystad and 18 km to Trelleborg.

Minimum booking: 5 nights. The guest house is rural but not lonely in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling fields. A few kilometers to the south, several miles of long beaches stretch out and in Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost headland, Smygehuk. Picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here on Söderslätt but also in nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within a 45-minute drive. Sea trout fishing. Bird watching. Rent our bikes and take a ride along the many small roads.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Cabin 200 m from the beach in Beddingestrand, just one meadow in between. Newly renovated kitchen and living room. Heated large above ground pool on the plot that can be used from midsummer to the end of August, 6 beds in the main cabin and 4 in the guesthouse. Close to restaurants, mini golf and tennis courts. 4 adult bikes are available to borrow. There are also beach toys, kubb, beach chairs, and barbecue. Cleaning is not included without the cottage being left clean and in the same good condition as when you check in.
