Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

The farm annex

Welcome to our little strawberry place - a charming farm annex in a beautiful Skånelänga from 1844. Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling fields of grain and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. Welcome to our guest house on Sweden's southernmost headland! A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!
