The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a cozy conservatory. The house is located on a large beach plot (just over 4500 sqm) with direct access to a quiet, wide sandy beach. Nice wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The garden offers nice nature, well-maintained vegetation and birds chirping for nature lovers. Here you can experience magical sunsets.

Nynäs Gård: rural, peaceful environment near Smygehamn.

Minimum booking: 5 nights. The guest house is rural but not lonely in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling fields. A few miles south stretches several miles of long beaches and in Smygehamn there is Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk. Picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here on Söderslätt but also on nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within 45m driving. Sea trout fishing. Bird watching. Rent our bikes and take a ride along the many small roads.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
