Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seagrove Beach

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

We have stayed at a handful of Airbnbs along 30A from Rosemary Beach to Seaside, but this is by far our favorite. Located just a short hop from 30A, this property is a cozy, quiet retreat that’s on Eastern Lake. The property was easy to access. Very clean and well maintained. It has a modern, fresh appearance on the inside, while still feeling very welcoming. We had no issues in our stay. The beds were comfortable, the showers and bathrooms were perfect, the kitchen had enough space for us to cook some small meals for our toddler. The host left us a gift in the fridge which was a nice touch. There is a spacious outside screened in deck, a dock on the lake, a couple of paddle boards, and a golf cart. Only short trip to beach access and some local restaurants. Our host was very friendly and timely with responses, giving clear instructions, help when needed, as well as local recommendations. We will be happy to return to this property again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Craig’s place. We loved the layout of one king room downstairs and the rest of the rooms upstairs. The area the house is in is quiet & beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside & 30A. We loved using the golf cart as our main mode of transportation while there and the bikes were a definite plus as well. The house was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We loved swinging on the screened in porch at night. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely book again.

We had a wonderful experience. When we arrived the tv and lights were on out welcoming music which was so perfect after a 16hr drive. We immediately felt right at home. The bikes were wonderful, we rented a children’s trailer that attached to the bikes and had a great time exploring the area! We could not get over how beautiful the front garden was. I made us feel so private and secluded considering we were right next to the busy road. My only complaint would be the room was very bright at night with the outdoor lights. Some blackout curtains on the SOL driveway wide would be a nice addition.

We loved our time in 30A! The condo was larger than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed. The golf cart made it easy and fun to access different areas, and the parking instructions were helpful for our beach days. We would definitely stay here again!

Out of all the places I have stayed this is my absolute favorite!!! The host were absolutely amazing and soo attentive and welcoming. We got into town a little early and they accommodated our needs and really made this a special trip for us. The house is gorgeous and had everything that we needed for a great stay. I’m 100% coming back and recommending this place as much as I can. Thank you for being the best host.

Jalina’s home was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located — close to everything we needed in Seaside. The house came fully stocked with bikes, beach chairs, and so many other thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay! Location is perfect, right across from beach access and close to seaside. Street is so quiet and peaceful. Pool is only steps away which is perfect for littles. If you plan to do a lot of cooking in…the kitchen is quite small so be prepared for that!

We traveled to the Destin area for a very quick visit and didn’t have much time to spend at Bonnie and David’s home but we would definitely book with them again. The apartment was extremely clean and inviting. The home is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shops but tucked away on a quiet and private lot away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic and over populated tourist spots. We really felt like we were at home. The only problem we had was finding the driveway, because it was very late when we arrived and very dark. The GPS showed the location of the home right in the middle of the street and in front of the school. We eventually found the drive and made it home! We would definitely recommend Bonnie and David as your next host. I noticed they have several homes and I’m sure all of them are just as nice! Thank you.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

The bunny hole was a great little place to stay, perfect for two people. The location was perfect in a very short walk to the beach. I highly suggest this spot if you’re looking for a getaway.

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

Great condo super close to the public beach access and a stones throw to the best restaurant in the area. The provided beach chairs and umbrella came in handy!

Great place to stay and a close walk to the beach. Lauren was always responsive in a timely manner. The only thing I thought could be different is providing two rolls of toilet paper instead of one.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time staying at this place. The views were incredible and the place was very clean and cozy. We will definitely stay here again soon.

This was our first time in 30A and this Airbnb was everything we could have asked for! We loved that it was an easy walk to public beach access and close to great restaurants. For the little time we were inside, this was a comfortable, relaxing home away from home that had everything we needed. They even provided beach chairs and a great beach umbrella! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at 30A!

We had a great stay at Tia’s place. Check in and checkout were very easy. Tia was great at communicating and sent all the info we needed for our stay! Condo is exactly as pictured and very clean! Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked if you wanted to cook meals. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and walking to all the nearby restaurants! The beach was right across the street and extremely easy to get to and beautiful! Everything was great and we hope to be back!

Condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and felt just like home! Great location nice and quite beautiful private beach! Literally steps from the back of the condo to the beautiful white sandy beach (exactly what we were looking for). Looking forward to our next stay…hopefully real soon!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

My family and I stayed here over the Juneteenth weekend. It was better than advertised. Although I love the beach and the sun…I hate sand. One of the great things about Shaun’s place is the outdoor rinse station. It was such an amazing amenity. It helped us keep his home sand free and also minimize the amount that we tracked into our car. I would definitely go back!

Blue View on 30-A is a true treasure. Caroline and Grace’s home is filled with inspired “Old Florida “ charm with eclectic design, art and great books! The condo is inviting and has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. You can’t beat the location! Amazing sunsets and sunrises from the balcony which is right on the beach! Thank you ladies for providing such a beautiful place to create so many wonderful memories with my mother!

Perfect condo for a couple! Beach access is very close and easy to access. We will be back!
