House holiday rentals in Seagrove Beach

The house was great, but I would stay here again simply because the host was always responsive and met all of our needs in a timely manner. I will refer friends and family.

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

There was an issue with the plumbing that was quickly taken care of and their team made everything great for us to get quickly back to our vacation activities! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, this house made for a terrific vacation spot for my family and me. It was easy to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. In addition, our host was terrific. We had one minor issue beyond his control, and he was proactive and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure our vacation was on track. We would absolutely recommend this house to those looking for a great 30A vacation and would happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Perfect location, right in between all the places (rosemary beach to the east, seaside and grayton to the west)we wanted to go. The location is not busy, but yet close to beach and turbo coffee . But the house is much more than we thought. Photos actually don't do it justice. very impressed with the home. easily sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably. the wrap around porch was a plus. Host was great too. thank you, definitely coming back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! My husband, two toddlers, and I had a great vacation. Amenities were perfect for two kids. The location is walkable and a short drive to all of the beaches/attractions in 30A. Hosts were very responsive upon arrival. Loved it!

We had a great stay for our spring break vacation! This house was amazing and had everything you could want or need! It was in a beautiful location, surrounded by lots of nature. It was a huge perk to have the bikes and the golf cart. They even provided us a small bike for my youngest! This location is close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. I can’t wait to stay here again! By far our favorite Airbnb so far!

We loved staying at this beach house. It's beautiful and in a great location to a lot of the shops and restaurants we love. The beach was so close too! Highly recommend!

The PERFECT beach stay! The house is WONDERFUL! Loved the location in the quiet little cull de sac , yet still in close proximity to EVERYTHING! It was the most perfect stay. We absolutely LOVED our stay and highly recommend! The property management was superb to work with.

Place was great just what we were looking for with a family get away. House is very spacious and well equipped, appreciate the beach chairs and use of bicycles. We would definitely come back, thank you.

Great Place. Short drive to anything we needed. Not far drive from a beach. Very clean. Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath, Washer and Dryer. Didn't get a chance to use their great kitchen.

Excellent host. Communicates fast and effectively. Location is peaceful. You can walk/ride bikes through the neighborhood. Some residents are full time and stopped to speak to us about the area! Very friendly place. We used the pool daily as the beach was packed most days until mid afternoon. There were 10 of us and the house had everything we needed down to extra blankets , beach items and a pack and play. I would recommend renting bikes as there is lots of space to ride and explore.

You cannot beat the location. Across the street from the pool and beach. The house is very well stocked more than a typical rental. They had a high chair and pack and play at the house which was great so we didn’t have to travel with one. The only negatives were the bathrooms were a little out of date and no curtains in the bedrooms. It got very bright very early in all the bedrooms. Danyel was great and even provided a charcuterie board as a welcome gift. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect—beautifully furnished, spotless, and in a prime location just steps from 30A. We loved the two patios, the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, and the chef’s kitchen with top-tier appliances. The space was thoughtfully designed and ideal for both adults and kids. Although the listing mentions minor construction on the resort grounds, we didn’t notice a thing—it felt completely peaceful and private throughout our stay. The best part? John and Emily’s communication was outstanding—helpful, prompt, and genuinely kind. I wish there were a six-star option just for them! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

This place was perfect for our bach trip!

We had a fabulous stay at the Lost Shaker of Salt! The house was bigger than we expected, plenty of space for our family of four. It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed, including plenty of beach equipment. Loved having no stairs. The location was perfect. Walking and biking everywhere was a highlight for our kids. Lots of restaurants and things to do. The beach access is a very easy and short walk or bike ride! We set up chairs early every morning as that area gets pretty busy during peak season. Tawna was a great host and super responsive. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We are already planning a trip back.

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

Great place for a family beach visit. Walkable public beach access and plenty of beach chairs and toys offered free to use! Debbie was very helpful and responsive!

We had a wonderful stay over new years. The house is really cute and right by the beach. Nice kitchen with a good amount of pots and pans. The pool is directly across from the front door and the beach access is just across a little alleyway from the back door. It was so convenient and safe to walk back and forth, even kids could go back to house by themselves and was not a problem if you wanted to run get something. The hosts provided bikes and paddle boards and a big box of beach stuff. Great views of sunset from second and third floor decks. Great beach right there. Some restaurants are close enough to walk and you are basically right between seaside and rosemary such that each is a short drive. This is a great choice along 30a.

Beaches and Dreams was absolutely perfect! Super clean, cozy, and in such a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free. I’d happily stay here again!

We had a great stay! We would stay here again. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. I loved that the livingroom and kitchen were on the top floor. The view was great and we even got to watch a lightening storm. There was dish soap & dishwasher detergent supplied. Every room had a bathroom and that was really convenient. There was shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap in all of them too. I didn’t realize that the house was 4 stories. There is an elevator though and my parents were grateful for it. It was nice to be able to put the groceries on it and get them to the kitchen on the top floor. There is a golf cart to use to travel around. My kids enjoyed the bikes too! There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we used at the beach. Also, plenty of beach towels.
