Beach condo holiday rentals in Seagrove Beach

This place definitely felt like home the host was great! Honestly in the perfect location you can be on the beach in no time easy walk very nice place with wonderful host! We will be coming back to stay again! Don’t overlook this place it’s a one of a kind!

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and felt just like home! Great location nice and quite beautiful private beach! Literally steps from the back of the condo to the beautiful white sandy beach (exactly what we were looking for). Looking forward to our next stay…hopefully real soon!

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. We had a great stay and will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The location is amazing, central to a lot of things on 30A and right on the beach. The view is incredible, both on the patio as well as the huge window in the master. The home itself is incredibly clean and well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Dora was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay as a family of 4 and cannot wait to come back!

This airbnb is in amazing area. The white sand beaches and turquoise sea is just down a foot path across the street. We loved to watch the sunset and moonrise. The star gazing was amazing as this area is very low for light pollution. The unit is fresh and cozy, a great night's sleep. Matt is a friendly and responsive host.

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

We loved Carrie’s place. It was squeaky clean from the moment we came in. She provided so many things that we did not expect! The walk to the beach is 2 minutes and is right there. Beautiful beach and private! We also loved that we could bring our pug. Carrie was kind and responsive to our needs. We will be back and would recommend this to any family!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s condo. It’s exactly as described and the location can’t be beat. We especially loved dinners out on the balcony with the amazing views.

Our stay was awesome! Right on the beach with incredible views and in a great location on 30A for restaurants, events, coffee, nightlife etc... We would definitely go back again.

Had an amazing girls’ getaway in 30A! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The pools were pristine, and the beach access couldn’t have been better - just steps away! We felt completely at home, whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the balcony or winding down with a cozy movie night in the gorgeous living room. The whole place felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Already dreaming of our next trip back! The hosts were very nice and responsive also.

Great place for family vacation. Beach was not crowded, close to good places to eat, and great view. Loved the palm trees that grew up to 3rd floor, rustled in the breeze, and provided privacy. Unit was pleasantly and thoughtfully furnished.

Our stay at Stan’s place was absolutely amazing! We had the most beautiful view of Miramar Beach and the condo was so clean, well decorated, and well stocked. We had a short walk (just crossing the street) to get to the beach which was SO nice with a toddler. Stan had beach supplies available for guest to use which was very appreciated! We also rented a crib through him as well for our 1.5 year old to sleep in and were grateful to not have to pack something like a pack and play in our already full car haha. Stan was quick with replies and was very helpful with any recommendations I requested. Honestly it was the perfect stay and I would recommend it to anyone! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miramar Beach.

Amazing accommodations! Very beautiful condo, fantastic location in the middle of everything and super easy access to bike rental. 10/10 would recommend.

The condo was very clean, well-supplied ,and furnished. The view is absolutely beautiful - so easy to enjoy from the back porch or inside the condo. There are 35 steps to the white sandy beach which is less crowded than some areas along 30A. Checking in and out was easy. Jessica is responsive to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!
