Beachfront holiday rental in Seagrove Beach

Beautiful house and location was great for biking to beach and the Big Chill. Honestly, everything was fabulous. We needed cookie sheets and they were delivered ASAP. My only recommendation would be a binder with all of the checkin in and out information, bike rental, restaurants, etc. We biked to the Walton Dunes access. You can ride you bike, park it and the beach is right there. If you go to the State Park, you have quite the walk. We didn't use the pools but they looked great. I was traveling with two teens and the pool population was mostly the younger kids. No biggie.

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

we truly enjoyed our stay! so close to the beach. nice size rooms. the golf cart was so handy. we loved the rooftop. Very helpful and responsive hosts. would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

My wife really enjoyed our stay at anchors away.The host were very responsive on email and were great to answer any questions we had.They get A 5 Star Rating!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful beach-front view, updated interior, spotlessly clean, easy parking, nice pool. Kevin was very friendly and responsive. Lived our stay.

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

Condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and felt just like home! Great location nice and quite beautiful private beach! Literally steps from the back of the condo to the beautiful white sandy beach (exactly what we were looking for). Looking forward to our next stay…hopefully real soon!

This place was awesome! The location is fantastic and super simple to walk to the beach even carrying a cooler. They have all you would need to have a great day at the beach, ready for their renters (no need to pack yourself) - bikes, coolers, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc! The accommodations themselves were lovely. Nice-quality furniture and linens that were more in line with a nice hotel than some of the Airbnb I’ve stayed at in the past. You can walk or ride a bike to several restaurants and cafés, and there is a public supermarket five minute drive down the street. Highly recommend visiting Seagrove /Seaside and would absolutely recommend staying in this rental!

We loved our stay at this unit! Great location, super clean, and had everything we needed! The beach gear was a plus. We flew down and were unable to take a lot of our gear with us. They had everything we needed- chairs, umbrella, towels, toys. The host were so friendly and communication was great! We can’t wait to come back again next year!

We just got home from our stay at blue tide 5A and keep saying what an amazing vacation it was. The place was right on the water and the views were so amazing. We honestly barely left the condo/beach cause of how private and peaceful it was. It was the perfect first family vacation for my husband and I and our 6 month old daughter. We hope to visit again soon!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The screened in back porch was so peaceful and great for reading! Some of us got to paddle board to the beach which was a fun experience. The views were so lovely. This home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The meat smoker wasn't working while we were there and there was some ceiling damage in one of the bathrooms, but overall, we loved this home and would definitely consider going back!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! We loved the beach view and being close to the ground floor for ease of getting back and forth from the pool and the beach. Direct access through secured gates made it so that only guests could use the beach and pool. Clean restrooms at the pool which was extremely useful for kids. The beach chair service was amazing with only 2 rows of seating with clear views of the beach. The 2 bedrooms wad a great perk instead of bunkbeds to not disturb the kids while they are sleeping. Lastly, the separate balcony access door in the master was great to use to hear the beach in the morning while getting ready and ease of use while the kids were in bed. Jennifer was a great host, answered all our questions and provided us with early check-in upon request and availability. I would absolutely stay here again!
