A modern brand new tiny house. Private entrance, brand new 1 full bed , 1 full bath and all furnitures ; perfect to relax , meditation or work travel . Safe neighborhood, all green around, parking lot for 2 cars , smart tv, wifi, coffe machine, refrigerator, microwave A/C. Five minutes from 295 and 15 from down town. Just walking you can go to walmart, gas stations, and public transportation.

There's plenty of hot water for the shower and a sweet little coffee pot. If you need any midnight snacks the Wawa is right across the street. If you want a simple, cozy place to be, this is it.
