Condo holiday rentals in Jacksonville

This is one of the most immaculate Airbnb rentals I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Host was responsive and informative during entire process. The property and views are stunning. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

Lauren’s condo was a beautiful, private, and relaxing place to stay. The two second walk to the beach was very convenient and made our stay that much better. The condo was spotless and Lauren was super friendly/very responsive when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

I highly suggest this cute condo! My family and I came into the area with another Airbnb booked, when it was cancelled at the last minute we scrambled and found Kathleen who was amazingly responsive and got us locked into this condo right away! She literally saved the day! When we got to the condo it easily accommodated my family of 5 and was perfect for the 3 days we spent doing touristy things. The most exciting part of this trip was the walking distance to the beach. Since it is winter we didn't need all the extra gear and just took ourselves and towels that were provided for our days on the beach! It was also a life saver that there was coffee provided. I will say though if you get the opportunity to get 7brew that is right down the street, do it. Sliders chicken sandwich was perfect and then we had salt life the final night which was a perfect way to end the trip. The only con which isn't really because it forced us to be a family, the internet did not work and we had no service.

Exactly what we expected from the listing! Very clean, spacious, and convenient. Easy access to the beach with a newly renovated private walkway. The space had beach towels, beach chairs, toys for the beach, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions on what was expected. The slight downside is that they kept messaging to check in and make sure we were doing ok and reminding us that we check out on Sunday, etc. Was always pleasant, but felt like it was a tad excessive. You text the number with questions and they get back quickly! Very nice home for our first stay in Fernandina Beach!

We loved our stay, and I can’t recommend Casa Cruz enough. It combines the luxuries of a hotel stay with the comfortable details of a well-appointed home. The condo is spotless and is beautifully furnished with many thoughtful details. The location is quiet and peaceful yet within steps to all the resort amenities and the beach. Deb is so thoughtful in her communication and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would love to visit again!

Perfect condo for a weekend away. My family and I stayed at Roxanne’s place for two nights while in town for a wedding. The condo was close to all of our events, just a few minutes walk to the beach and she had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We’d definitely stay here again.

This place was very easy to get in and out of. A few steps to the beach and it was fully equipped with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Luba’s property. We loved everything about it. We will definitely be back!

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

It was amazing. Right in front of the marina to wake up watching beautiful sunrises. It was very clean, well cared for, and decently equipped for 2 people. I certainly recommend this unit # 14. Simone, the property manager, is very attentive, helpful, caring, and friendly. My only 2 suggestions for the unit to make it the perfect unit are: to have a bigger tv right in front of the bed (more eye level) and to have a freezer to keep ice cream at the right cold temperature. You have to go to the restaurant in premises, take out pizzas in the Italian restaurant and have some breakfast at the cafe. The area is a plus close to a Publix, Vilano Beach, and of course, Old St. Augustine Historic Town. We loved it there!!!

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfy. Looks like it is on a busy road but the road is not busy at all. Less than 20 minutes from Jax beach to the east and downtown Jax to the west. Neighborhood is very quiet. Felicidad Was a very responsive host and made our 1st Air BnB experience an excellent one. We will definitely use her again. Great job Felicidad you were awesome.

Lisa was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know. Her condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was also great! Would definitely stay again!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

A beautiful condo in a very quiet area however very close to restaurants and shops.

It was such a great place to stay. So clean and so beautifully decorated. I really felt like I was in a spa setting. We overlooked the pool and it was so peaceful and calm. The place was very safe and people so friendly. The amenities were awesome with access to 2 pools,fitness center and pickle ball courts within walking distance!!!Also the kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking and baking!!! I can’t wait to come back!! The owner was so accommodating and helped us out with letting us stay even longer than we had planned. It was truly the best place to stay while visiting my sister!!! It felt like home

I recently stayed at Staylah of Northeast Florida for 12 days and was thoroughly impressed. The home is located in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood with added security features that provided a strong sense of safety and comfort. Inside, the space was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The shower was exceptional—truly above and beyond any I’ve experienced at an Airbnb, offering a luxurious and refreshing start to each day. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers and the Mayo Clinic, which was a key benefit for my visit. Veterans will also appreciate its close proximity to NAS Mayport, making it a very practical option for those connected to the base. The rate was more than fair, especially considering the quality and care put into the property. I left feeling completely satisfied and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! We needed proximity to Jacksonville and St Augustine, so this location was great. Plus there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Very comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, kicking back in the recliners, and hanging out on the patio (where we spotted dear across the pond). My 6’5” son appreciated a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed rather than two twin beds. Friendly guards at the gate and convenient access through the lockbox. Great value for the price. We would definitely book again!
