Gabriella was very responsive when we got there the porch light had burned out and the unit was hard to find she was there by the next afternoon to have the light replaced. Very nice hostess.

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

My family and I stayed for my mother in laws 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect. There are stairs coming in so keep in mind for older folks but she is in great shape so easy for her! Will be coming back!!!

Given the need for an immediate relocation, Inga was very helpful and her home was just what we needed to enjoy the rest of our vacation. You could tell her home was cleaned very well and we felt right at home.

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

Surrounded by water views, our family loved this unit. We used the Beach Club Pool and Tennis courts. We will definitely book this unit again.

Joseph and Gina were amazing hosts. They were always available to answer questions and would go above and beyond. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Jacksonville Beach. Perfect for our needs and even a view of the ocean from the front bedroom balcony. Very satisfied!

We loved our stay here. We decided very last minute to make a trip to St. Augustine and Marlene accepted our request almost immediately. The place was just as described and was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Even though we booked with super short notice, there were still fresh flowers in the bedrooms and kitchen.

The property was exactly as described there was a small hiccup with cleaning on arrival. But Tomas, corrected it immediately and made it right, he was an outstanding host. This property is set up for pet friendly, and I did not realize that on booking, totally my fault for not reading that clearly. If you are traveling with a pet this property is ideal.

5 minute walk to the beach?? Say less. This was an absolutely amazing place to spend the week welcoming our son home from an 8 month deployment. It was peaceful, relaxing, away from traffic. You can walk to several restaurants that are delicious and wonderful service. The beach is right there. Every thing was just as described. Loved the big oversized couch that made piling up and watching tv perfect. Will absolutely stay again when coming back to Jax.

This place was great. It’s only a few minute away from everything. There is some construction happening in the area, so we decided not to “walk” to the beach;however, everything is walkable even the beach. There is plenty of space here. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms had everything needed to ensure we felt at home. They also provided a wagon and some beach gear! Overall wonderful stay. We’d definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like home to spend great family time together. Would definitely return.

Weston was a great host. He answered our inquiries immediately. He explained check in and check out services very well. It was a lovely place. We enjoyed the convenience to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to, especially after long days and nights at the hospital visiting my brother. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well every night. The host was very responsive and kind, replying to any messages within minutes, which we really appreciated. The washer didn’t work during our stay, but everything else was clean and just as described. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for hosting us!

Easy to find & extremely easy check-in. The house was very clean & everyone slept comfortably. The beach was a very short walk away. I walked with my toddler & felt safe doing so. The owner was very responsive during our stay & the location was extremely convenient. This was our first trip to Jacksonville & will definitely not be our last. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, nice setup. 25 minutes from the beach & 25 minutes from all the stadiums & arenas. We came with dogs & the fenced in yard was convenient (though it does need a little TLC & cleanup). Hot tub was a plus.

Our family had the sweetest time at this house! From the beautiful details on the inside of the home to being able to easily walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - it was the perfect getaway. Thankful for the space they have created!

Hands down the best property I have stayed at in a long time. The location was fantastic, the home was gorgeous and so clean. Everything you could ever need and way more was provided making for such a simple and enjoyable stay. The views from the balcony and master suite were breathtaking! Easy and fast beach access. Coco was an amazing host with helpful, easy and friendly communication. We have definitely found a gem in this property that we plan to frequent. Highly recommend!!
