Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Seagrove Beach

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was great, but I would stay here again simply because the host was always responsive and met all of our needs in a timely manner. I will refer friends and family.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We had a great stay in 30A. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with public access just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing visit. The home was well stocked with essentials like towels, a full propane tank, and working appliances. The golf cart was filled with gas and runs up to 25 MPH. The bikes looked good and were appreciated. Beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and the provided amenities were thoughtful. A few small things to keep in mind. The spiral stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky to navigate, so we had to watch our footing. Some of the doorknobs were stiff, possibly from rust. Water in the bathrooms drained slowly at times. If you are bringing pets, note that the grass has some thorns. Overall, a solid place to stay with a great location. We will definitely book with 30A beach girls again!

Had the most wonderful vacation! It was just My husband, my 10 month old, my small dog and me. We had plenty of room for our baby to crawl and play. My dog loved the fenced backyard. There were no low shelves with excess decor or any sharp corners for babies or young children to hurt themselves with or on. There is a tub for baths. The porch door to the pool requires you to press a button before opening or a loud alarm goes off. There was just enough decor and furniture to feel homey and not cluttered and small. There is every single thing you could possibly need in a kitchen (excluding groceries and perishables, obviously). Washer and dryer were large and very easy to use. We had a minor issue with the pool heater while we were there, it was fixed promptly and we were refunded for the day it took to correct the problem without asking! The host communication was wonderful. Leaving our vacation feeling refreshed and having ZERO complaints. Will be booking again in the future.

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

This was the perfect summer getaway! We had everything we needed and the location is perfect. Walkable to the beach every day, and we used the bikes to get to Seaside. Great local restaurants that are walking distance, too! Jason and Katie were responsive anytime I had a question. The cottage is beautiful and is located on the best lot in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

We love the Hygge House! The location is second to none just two blocks from the public beach access, an easy walk to Seaside, and a half mile from Publix. The pool and backyard were great, and the house itself was wonderful on a quiet, tree-lined street. David's communication was fantastic before, during, and after our trip. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful house and great private location. It was so close to the pool. The golf cart was perfect to drive up to get super close to walk across the street down to the beach. It was also fun to take to the chill. The house had all the things we needed and it was so nice that they had saved beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to share for use.

The description of this house is perfect- lots of old beach charm with phenomenal location. It was so refreshing to stay somewhere with loads of character and fuss-free beauty. We booked this home for a last-minute getaway less than 24 hrs before our arrival. The host was quick to respond and 100% helpful the whole time. The house met all of our main criteria- walking distance to the beach (less than 5 minutes down a straight road), a private pool (small, but big enough for my three kids to have a blast), dog friendly, and big enough for our family to spread out easily. We were only a party of 5, but this house had plenty of room for more people- there were two sections of the house that we left untouched. It’s important to note that there are three sections to this house, each with their own private entrance and keypad. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay, everything was clean perfect layout in the house, perfect amount of toys in the house and for the pool for the kids! It was clean smelled brand new and Josh was SO responsive. We are so grateful- close to rosemary beach and the infamous 30a. 😍❤️

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

We had an excellent stay. The house was very nice and comfortable for our family. It was fully stocked with all that we needed, from the rooms, to the kitchen, to the pool and to the beach. The golf cart and bikes were terrific adds as well. Communication was great. Property management was clear and responsive. They were on it. Would recommend this property without hesitation, and we'll likely be back for another stay in the near future. Thanks again.

We had a great time here! The place was very spacious and clean. Tracey was very communicative and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. You are in a short driving distance to anything along 30A.

Excellent location near the beach, golf course, & restaurants while still feeling secluded and peaceful. The home is located in a safe neighborhood with year round residents. The home was beautiful, clean, and had more amenities than anticipated. The kitchen was fully stocked…even had lots of spices. The a/c worked great and the beds and couches were super comfy. Hosts responded immediately to any and every inquiry. I highly recommend if you are in Santa Rosa Beach. We will book again if we return to the area.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!

Rachel was a fantastic host - very friendly and reached out with thoughtful recommendations ahead of our trip. The townhouse was as-advertised, clean, and access to the beach could not have been easier. The private beach was uncrowded. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as close proximity to other beaches. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Kathy was always quick to respond to questions and gave such good instructions that we didn't have to contact her at all during our stay. 10 out of 10 recommend! We love it there!
