Jerry is very responsive and we had a nice stay in Destin! After a long day enjoying the beaches and fun activities it was lovely to return to a quiet, comfortable, relaxing home.

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

In all honesty it’s hard to find the words to describe how amazing of an experience this trip was. Everything about the house was top tier. Amazing location amazing wholesome neighborhood. Such a cozy home. Everything was perfection. I can promise I WILL be back again. By far my favorite trip with the best experiences and the best memories made. 10/10 absolutely 0 complaints.

Such a great stay! From the moment we walked in, the cozy coastal furnishings set the perfect vibe. Even though it’s a two-bedroom bungalow, it felt super spacious, and the backyard was packed with great amenities. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We were lucky to visit during a quiet time—no spring break crowds and nearly empty beaches! Shopping and restaurants were just a mile away with tons of free parking, and a short drive brought us to waterfront dining and bars. Even with some road construction nearby, walking to the beach was no problem at all. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and easy to navigate. Plus, having a grocery store and CVS close by was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

We visited with 2 couples and 6 kids. The house was perfectly set-up for both communal hangouts and private sleeping for all. Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. This house was perfect for a week with a family of 5 (3 teens). The location is great for going to the beach and into Rosemary and Alys. We were all thrilled with how warm the pool was in March! The house was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and for going to the beach. While the beach can be crowded at this entrance, it starts clearing out at 3pm. We were excited to take advantage of the beach entrance to Crabby Steve’s nearby (it can’t be entered through 30A - only the beach).

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Our family really enjoyed our time staying here! We can’t say enough great things about the house, the host, and the location. The provided golf cart made getting around a breeze! Very close to the beach and restaurants. The house was very clean, the hosts were quick to respond, and beach access was easy. This property was also right next to the pool. We’re looking forward to booking again!

We really enjoyed staying here. The home was extremely clean and the decor is beautiful. It has a lot of trees and bushes around that give some privacy. The street is nice and quiet but right off 30a. It's only about a mile from the Topsail Hill reserve. Dune Allen beach is walkable or you can bike or take the golf cart. There are some good restaurants close by also. The private screened in pool is a good size and heated! Shawna was a very friendly and quick respond host. The house is lovely and we hope to be back again!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

The stay here was great, we did have a little problem the first night because I wasn’t aware that you can’t have visitors there that weren’t staying. That was the first I’ve ever encountered that problem when purchasing an Airbnb. Overall the place was very clean and well organized the pool was also clean. Beds were comfortable were enjoyed our stay at Anna’s!

We stayed a week here due to hurricane evacuation. The townhome had everything we needed. Nicole is an amazing host and was prompt to respond right back when we had questions or issues. This was our first experience staying in Destin. Nicole gave great recommendations where to visit! Our family had a blessed week! Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you so much!

This trip wasn’t just a vacation for us. It was the last big trip with our oldest son who is heading off to the Air Force. So, we really wanted it to be perfect. The owners responsiveness to anything we needed was top notch. Their clear instructions and information on everything from their AirBnB to the location were greatly helpful. The place itself was a dream come true. Everything we hoped for with this trip was fulfilled to the fullest. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. If we ever return to Destin again, this will be the first place we look for availability.

This is a fantastic pet-friendly cottage in Seaside— could not have asked for a better spot. Impressively clean and the host group was excellent. The rest of the review is for fellow dog owners to share additional details that would be helpful when considering booking. First, the yard is fenced in, but it is shared with three additional homes (one being a rental and two being residents). If you assumed this was a private yard, think again. One of the permanent resident homes does have a dog and uses this space and the rental next door also had a dog while we were renting. Plan to leash walk your dogs and if you have any reactivity issues, be aware there are other dogs potentially in the yard. Secondly, the bedroom upstairs is a loft with stairs— just an FYI for any elderly pups who need to navigate the steps. Lastly, there is a church next door which rings its bells loudly and has a Sunday service on a microphone so be aware on Sunday it can be noisy and the foot traffic increases.

Everything was as described and better. You literally cannot ask for a better host! Charles allowed us to have a very early check in and was extremely responsive to any message. From coffee pods to basic household items we were always pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the home was. The house is perfectly located within Sandestin. The new heated pool on Audubon is super close! The golf cart was key in getting us to all of the destinations in the community, especially the beach and grocery store. The backyard is completely private and fenced in, with beautiful landscaping. Our furry family member especially enjoyed this feature! We loved the gas fire table on the back screened in patio at night! What a treat when the sun set and the air became cooler! Also, everything was clean and inviting when we arrived! And…some special “welcome “surprises made our day! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. This rental is a true treasure!

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again. The condo was exactly as it was described, the communication was great as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, having the chairs and umbrella service was amazing as it saved us from bringing these extra items down in our car. You could walk to Capt Dave's, Kenny D's and several other locations to eat. Great area to walk as well, I think we did a little over 3 miles each day. Our dog loved the area as well!

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

It’s always great staying here .. I have stayed here a few times now with my friends and as long as the home is available we will continue to stay here every year
