Apartment holiday rentals in Walton County

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Place was as described and so convenient! Came for Ironman Florida and the proximity helped so much to eliminate any further stress! Being on a low floor meant rarely waiting for an elevator when we were not bringing a lot to and from the condo! The views were not compromised at all on a low floor, and noise was never a problem. Comfortable beds and great pillows make all the difference between an OK and a great nights sleep, and this place had both!

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

Very first time using Air BnB, instructions were clear and host very responsive to any questions I had. Would be great for a family with kids going on vacation, the bunks in the hallway were so cute!

Pretty much was as expected only thing was the two beds are in the same room. Wasn’t thrilled about that but that was probably my misunderstanding and we made it work. Everything we needed was there. Great stay.

The condo is beautiful! It was so clean and looked just like the listing. There was enough beach supplies provided in the room that we never had to touch our own. You can easily walk to pier park from the room, and there are plenty of food and drink options within walkable distance. Deanna was the kindest and most helpful host I’ve ever dealt with! We will absolutely be back to this condo.

Eileen’s place was perfect for our family vacation! There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved having so many different amenities to enjoy during our stay. It truly made our trip even more special.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and nice decorated. We also had everything we needed for the beach. Everything was exactly as listed. Location was perfect and close walk to the beach. The pool was heated and hot tub was great. Our host was great to work with. We will definitely be back. Check out was a breeze too. Extremely clean rental with great, close beach access. Perfect for two adults. The only negative I would say is that the area is very noisy in the mornings...trash trucks, traffic, lawn maint. etc starts very early so plan for that if you are thinking of sleeping in at all. The location to the beach and being walkable to food and drinks is a definite plus though.

Jourdyn’s condo was perfect for our family vacation! The location is amazing. Being right on the beach was so convenient and having the pool/jacuzzi just steps from the unit can’t be beat! The unit was also very well stocked with kitchen items, beach toys and games. We would definitely rent again!!

Everything from check-in directions and surroundings to peace and privacy was perfect!!! The entire space was very clean like the pics and the balcony and location was better than pictures could describe. The family friendly village was an added bonus that made our trip wonderful.

Stephanie was a great host! The space was perfect for my family of 5. The first few days we had some noisy neighbors, which I kind of expected with it being spring break! She was very kind and understanding when I reached out about the noise. Her and the security team was on it trying to communicate with the neighbors. Other than that the place was great! Short walk to the beach, that area wasn’t as crowded as looking to the left and right of us!
