Short walk to grocery store. Air conditioned/heated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

Let this unique 1 bdrm/1 bath (w/ claw-footed tub) apartment provide the relaxation and comfort you should expect when on vacation.
