Boat holiday rentals in Florida

We had a great time on the boat. It is definitely best described as glamping but with everything you need and the bonus of air con, refrigerator and small freezer, microwave and TV. it was lovely sitting out on the boat. The marina is very well kept, great heated pool and restaurant. we saw dolphins and gators walking around the marina. the only negatives were the odd smell on the boat (musty smell) and the on board toilets (which were also very smelly) - however the marina have a nice shower/toilet block and very short walk from the boat. Charlie was very attentive and the cakes, milk and bottled water was much appreciated.

The location is great, the quality of the boat and everything was also great. The charter experience was very cool as well. Just ensure you are able to check in before 5pm as it can cause issues.

We greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jenny's AMI property. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I + our 2 teenage daughters. Jenny was a perfect host -- from start to finish she was always very communicative. The instructions were very easy to follow -- and she proactively reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The scenery from the living room window was beautiful -- we saw many dolphins just fro the couch. The location on the eastern side of the island was new for us. We had previously always stayed on the western side by the gulf beach -- but found this location charming -- and at the end of the day, very easy to access the beach. The best on the east side, while not as famous as the Gulf -- but pretty to sit on in its own right. I would highly recommend this property for the value and quality of the host. We have tried larger, more expensive places with pools, hot tubs, etc. -- but the value on this rental was great.

Steve is such a nice guy! He is quick to respond if you have questions, and we had some good conversations about the local area. The boat is gorgeous! This is such a unique place to stay. We enjoyed dolphin watching with our morning coffee and exploring the different parts of the boat. We usually struggle to find accommodations for our family of 5, but this was perfect; we could have even brought a friend and still felt comfortable. There are multiple bathrooms and a great kitchen area.

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

Dennis was more than hospitable. Periodic showers come through in Florida regularly and he was always attentive if we needed extra towels to dry the boat. He even brought out fishing rags for my husband to use. This was a trial to see if we would like to houseboat part-time in retirement. The verdict was a definitive YES!

This was the perfect place for what we needed during the graduation ceremonies for the University of Miami. We were extremely happy with the location, the space . Very accurate description,, extremely clean. Safe. I loved it

Alejandro is a kind, patient, ad responsive host. My 2-night stay on his boat was tranquil as I was lulled to sleep by the waves. The view of the Miami sunset and skyline at night is breathtaking. If I return to Miami, I will be sure to stay here again. Thank you for such a great stay!

Art and his son Ethan were great to work with. We weren’t clear on the parking but once we figured it out it was “Smooth Sailing” from there. Staying in his boat was so peaceful, just what we needed. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I had a little birthday getaway, this boat was the perfect spot. It was clean, all the amenities you'd need, and best of all, the location. Quiet and relaxing, but 5 minutes from the Sponge Docks and downtown. Sitting on the back deck with a drink, living the Salt Life, nothing better

Ian’s Yacht was absolutely wonderful to stay in. Better than a hotel room and a better price too! Though we had a little hiccup in communication with the cleaning staff, Ian was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Once I informed him the space had not been cleaned, he had the cleaning crew there within 30 minutes of seeing the message. Would absolutely stay here again.

Kurtis was a great host. He helped us out several times and offered the use of his kayaks, which we used several times. We enjoyed a fun snorkling expedition with him as well. He is very knowledgable. We also spent a night in another of his Airbnbs, a room at his house that was very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience staying on his boat!

As someone who is considering living on a boat in retirement, it was very nice to have the opportunity to spend time on "Comfort Zone". There are not many reasonable opportunities to do so, and this was a very nice option. The entire marina and resort area are very quiet and seem to have a community feel with the number of live aboard boat owners. The marina based manatee/sunset cruise was very nice, educational, and breathtaking.

This is our second time staying on the boat and love it! we'll be back next year for sure!

David was an exceptional host! His boat is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on water. It’s beautiful and so is the water surrounding it. He was quick to respond, available as needed and met us at the boat to show us around. The boat was easy to live in. We loved it and will be back! It doesnt feel like a boat - plenty of space and its well decorated. Beds and furniture are comfortable. He has stocked it with all the amentities and provided extras. The Bean Bags on the front deck were our favorite. Watched the sunset from there. This is one of our favorite rentals - so peaceful, relaxing and luxurious! Tarpon Springs has some great food too. The little town is a mile a away, but you wouldn’t know it. The boat and marina are nice and quiet except for nature 😊 The town is authetic greek - generations that have been cooking family recipes. The food was delicious!

Amazing visit. The houseboat is roomy, well-appointed, quiet, clean. Didn’t need to run the air conditioning unit with the cool breeze running through the boat. Great bed. Kitchen was fine for breakfast and lunch items. Adequate supply of utensils and condiments, although we brought aboard our own preferred brand of coffee. We took our evening meals ashore. Kelly was the perfect host, making sure that we, a couple in our 80s, not only understood the intricacies of houseboat living, but were confident in using the dinghy to and from the boat. During our stay he was readily available for any problems or needs, even anticipating them. He was a source of information, including island activities and restaurants. We did take the 2-person kayak out. Other water toys available. Thanks Kelly for making our stay a relaxing adventure. As a Navy veteran, it was “good to be at sea again,” although firmly anchored. We already miss waking to the view of the mangroves through the bedroom windows.

Great host, in every way! Cute, quaint, lovely place to enjoy quiet for two people, but also close to action if you want it. Can’t wait to stay again in a few months.

A wonderful experience! We enjoyed our week on the Yacht, "Comfortably Numb". The Host was exceptional. Keliy, was very clear and attentive. She recommended bike rentals, local attractions, beach location, and views from the deck. The place smelled fresh and clean. The indoor temperature was cool. The humidity was controlled. We loved the bean bag seats to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the deck. The indoor accommodations was very large, roomy, and comfortable. We plan to reserve this place again in the future. We learned alot since we are are planning to purchase a yacht for full time living and charter boat fishing. I loved staying at Ryan's place! He lives close and is there to greet, showed me the boat, was available and friendly. the boat had everything I needed. in the kitchen he has EVERYTHING! it was great to cook some meals for myself. the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. everyone was friendly and welcoming. just sitting on the front of the boat watching the sunrise or set was perfect. i used the shower on the boat and thought it was just fine for me! there are shower houses tho too! laundry as well, i used it and it worked great! close to everything in Key West, i drove or Ubered and it was all easy and cheap! thanks Ryan for a great spot!

Amazing unique place to stay for a few days if you are looking for something different! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Has everything you need aboard. Jim was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We would certainly stay again!
