Wonderful house, good location, a few minutes from the ocean, a place for a quiet and family vacation.

Book you won’t regret! House was equipped with everything you need. Home away from home. Host was very responsive, had an issue with the upstairs air and Mr.Scott came right out had it going in no time. He also gave great recommendations about activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was fully equipped which is something you don’t regularly see and a Airbnb. We enjoyed our time.

Place was amazing. Location was amazing. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Little pricey but it was a great place to stay with a large group. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 15 total.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for our family. My only 4 star was on communication as overall it was great, however, expect at least an hour delay in response and know that they operate during business hours only for non-emergency stuff. Oh, and FYI - you don't communicate with "Ryan" but rather a property mgmt company. Not an issue. Just took me a min to figure that out. :) Pro's: The place was well kept, clean, everything felt newer, great layout, nice neighborhood. Heads up: they provide minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags; check-in time is late in the day (5p); association has a lot of rules that you'll need to learn/understand; no issues with any of these things and would not consider them "negatives" on the listing. I still give it a great rating as we loved it. Just would have appreciated a heads up on these things more specifically going into our stay.

The house was very nice and clean! It’s huge and well furnished. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, really anything you would need to make meals there! There are several beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we did not see in the listing. It was nice to have the golf cart to pack everything to the beach. The cart did get a flat tire since there is construction in the neighborhood and they came right out when we called. The construction is not around this house so no issue with noise. We had a really nice vacation. We’ve never stayed any place with our own pool because we tend to stay at the beach, but it was really nice to be able to come back in the afternoon and enjoy it. We would recommend this place for sure!

Our family of 16 had a wonderful stay and everyone was very comfortable in the house! Loved the pool and golf cart!!!! Would definitely book again!

Vacasa was amazing to work with & was super fast on responding to all our crazy questions. The hoa was ahassle to deal with but I'll use vacasa for more trips

Sunnyside is an incredible area for a relaxing vacation, it feels like your own private beach estate! The beach is top notch and not crowded at all. We are already planning our next trip for later in the year!

The condo was fantastic and way better than described or shown in the photos. It was completely updated and had more than enough room for everyone. Andrew was attentive and friendly.

Great place, very neat and organized. Beautiful view of the ocean and nice area of pcb. Host was great and responsive, I didn’t really have to reach out at all because everything was put together very well

The place was perfect. I don’t remember seeing that parking was extra but that doesn’t take away from the experience and I probably overlooked it. Most of the condos in PCB aren’t dated and seem dirty but this place was extremely clean.

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.

We had never been to this part of FL before and were amazed! Spacious rooms & a short walk to the beach. We visit a beach every summer and are now ruined for any other destination!
