The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (14 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

3rd floor gulf front condo with amazing panoramic views. Perfect for couples and small families. The bedroom has a king bed with sliding door to balcony which is enjoined by the living room where there is a queen sofa bed. There is a dining area, full kitchen and 1 bathroom. You have access to 3 beach front pools, outdoor games & fitness center. Pineapple Willie's is RIGHT NEXT DOOR! Whether sitting on the beach or the balcony this is the place to unwind and watch the sun melt into the horizon.

Boardwalk is a beach front condominium located along the world's most beautiful beaches. There is a zero-entry pool heated during cold months, 2 hot tubs, children’s splash zone, arcade/game room, pool-side Bar and Grill, and Ice-cream store. Boardwalk has an on-site HOA and maintenance team and 24 hour security. There are 5 large elevators, however, this condo is on the 3rd floor - you can take an elevator or the stairs. Unit is right in the middle of the building and has an AMAZING view!

This beautiful one bedroom condo sits right right on the beach. You will have a perfect view of the ocean from your balcony. If you are more of a pool person, we have those for you too! You will have access to amenities such as pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, on site restaurant, etc. You can easily walk to an assortment of shops and restaurants nearby. This is a non-smoking unit. Any signs of smoking with attract an additional cleaning fee of $500.

Large, clean camper with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. Double lot with another house but you have your own private spot w/ plenty of free parking and a wide driveway. (Enough room for a boat or multiple cars.) Lots of space to let kids play. BT radio with outdoor speakers. Outdoor Kitchen with sink and mini-fridge. All necessities are provided as well as clean towels, linens and extra blankets. 1.5 mile drive to the beach and 7 miles to Frank Brown Park/Pier Park
