Holiday rentals with beach access in Seagrove Beach

We traveled to the Destin area for a very quick visit and didn’t have much time to spend at Bonnie and David’s home but we would definitely book with them again. The apartment was extremely clean and inviting. The home is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shops but tucked away on a quiet and private lot away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic and over populated tourist spots. We really felt like we were at home. The only problem we had was finding the driveway, because it was very late when we arrived and very dark. The GPS showed the location of the home right in the middle of the street and in front of the school. We eventually found the drive and made it home! We would definitely recommend Bonnie and David as your next host. I noticed they have several homes and I’m sure all of them are just as nice! Thank you.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. What a great place!!! I booked this room for my daughter and now son and law and they absolutely adored it! Such a great location and well price! Ms.Bert was so helpful with all communication! A must stay place for sure- so pretty!!!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

We had the absolute best time at Keith’s place! Very well decorated and functional, you can tell They thought of everything and what you would need during your visit. The beach was very close by and it was nice to walk to everything without ever using the car! We would 10/10 stay here again! Keith and his team were very responsive and great to work with.

Alma and Michael were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive for every question and they provided helpful information and recommendations. The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

This place was a dream! The hosts were amazing the location was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about it. For sure will stay again.

Pete and Chris’s condo was absolutely perfect! The place was immaculately clean, furnished and decorated beautifully, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was so ideal - direct access to the beach right across the street. It was the perfect location, about a mile and a half from downtown Seaside, and also an easy drive to the shopping in Rosemary Beach. Pete was amazing with communication- he was personable, accommodating, and very sweet, checking in on my stay periodically and always responding quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed overall, and can’t wait to stay here again!

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

We have been using AirBnB for several years to book our vacations and this year was by far the most enjoyable experience. The house, pool, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean were all on point and made the stay one of the more memorable ones, and is the first time we would like to return for an annual vacation. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities to make a stay with 4 young boys most enjoyable. Whenever my wife needed to communicate with the property managers, responses were professional and courteous within minutes. Thank you!!

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach restaurants and shops. We had a really nice week here. Perfect for families! Overall, really great stay. We did have a couple of issues. The electricity in the front bedroom (light/fan) did not work and this was not communicated before we arrived. The host did get an electrician out there to fix it, but he couldn’t come until our last night, so that room was a little uncomfortable with a loud box fan and only lamps. But, we made it work! Also, the blender provided did not work and we only found out after pouring all the ingredients in. There were a ton of sugar ants in the kitchen and we cleaned countertops and everything up every night. But could not beat the location and other amenities (pool especially) at the house. Everything you need for the beach is there and the host was always very responsive to our messages. We would recommend this stay to others. Thank you for a great week!

The house couldn’t have been more perfect for my sweet little family to celebrate their first week out of school and kicking off the summer fun! Christina was super quick to respond when needed- the pool was the perfect size and the beach was just an easy walk straight down the street, so thankful for the beach wagon that came with the house to tote all the things! We will most definitely be back-

This is our second stay, and we will be back again!! Perfect for a couple, super comfy bed, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, etc. Quiet location, loved the pool.

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

Mark & Pam’s Air BnB lived up to their stellar reviews! My husband and I had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo looked just like the photos + Mark & Pam had amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat every day. Mark & Pam also supplied ALL the beach essentials- towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. On our first day, we discovered the umbrella was broken and they were quick to purchase and deliver a new one to our door. If you can, definitely rent bikes! We loved biking into Rosemary Beach every day for dinner, ice cream, or the farmer’s market. All in all a beautiful and perfect beach trip- will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
