The best apartment we've ever stayed in Ubatuba

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for children. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we will definitely be back!!!

Kelen is a great host, only compliments. The village served us perfectly and helped us a lot. The space is very beautiful, clean and organized, the condominium has a very good infrastructure, with fair prices in the restaurant/bar Everything is more amazing in person, very nice. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

Our stay in Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible… The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

The accommodation is very comfortable with all the necessary items available (glasses, cutlery, microwave). It's about 15 minutes from downtown Angra, it was very quiet to get there. Condominio with very polite staff and wonderful pool. Gabriel from the beginning was very friendly and patient with the doubts. I'll definitely come back more times !!

Incredible place. The location of the house is invaluable. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Spacious, large, pool, grill, everything you could want. Cicinha was very helpful, always helpful. They also helped us process the San Pablo - Itamambuca transfer. Thank you very much!

The house is simply fantastic, it had everything, there was nothing missing, the location is excellent and the view of the house is surreal, very quiet condominium, a lot of peace and tranquility, something that we did not find elsewhere. Thank you very much Marie and Carol for the lodging and in opening their home to my Family, everyone was amazed by their residence.

The house is beautiful! Feels like you’re in a movie really. We felt super safe too as it’s inside a very nice complex of houses. The nature around is also very impressive. We would definitely recommend!

Raquel was a great host. 10/10 experience🌟 All the ACs were working, we had a barbecue and we had no problems, we followed the guidelines to close all the windows. Nobody wanted to leave, it was 4 wonderful days. 🩵 Take repellent and soap to the rooms. The soap is not a criticism, because the ad does not promise, it is just a reminder, because we thought there would be and we went out to buy. The market is close, but you can't go on foot. It rained one day and there was a little infiltration in the room on the right of the second floor, we put a cloth and we had no problems. We recommend it and will be back. Thank you very much Raquel and Karina! Ah Karina was very helpful and friendly when we arrived at the house.

We had an unforgettable experience! The house was the venue for a surf retreat we organized, and it couldn't have been better! The space provided everything we needed to carry out the activities, meals, moments of relaxation and rest. All this is a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house is beautiful and comfortable, immersed in nature (we had a view of birds every morning😍). We really felt at home. Afonso was very attentive and made us feel totally at ease. I recommend the space for everyone, whether for events like ours, or for those who just want a home while away from home.

All exact as in the listing, the Lugar is pleasant, quiet, with many things to do both in the house and in the surroundings. The Rosario Cook also a wonderful person, it is worth hiring and having the full experience. With I'll be back!!’

Roberto and Ana were great! The village met us in all the demands. We had an unforeseen event with electricity, but they got a professional who attended us even though it was a holiday. It would be interesting if they could improve the toilet of the edicle by placing a boxing. With the curtain the water leaks outwards. The Bathroom of the Pool is great, although the shower is burned, it broke a branch for the class.

Great stay within the condominium!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding.
