Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Casa da Majô (200 meters from the beach)

Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your feet in the sand.

House 04 is in a Condominium with 04 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). This is the only house in the Condominium, which has an exclusive swimming pool and a second gate, making it even more independent. We offer bed and bath linens. We leave toilet paper and detergent in the property, but do not replace them. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets with hangers, mirrors and blackout curtains. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, space for 1 car in the garage, gourmet space with barbecue and shower.

Situated in a quiet village of chalets in the early Cabore district, between two hotels: Pousada da Condessa and Provence, the street has a bike path and is close to restaurants, nightlife, 500m from the beach of Pontal and 1km from the beach Jabaquara. The Orange House of Mamanguá is that special place that we never forget. A cozy and comfortable house with a stunning view by the ocean immersed in the only tropical fjord of the world! We provide kayaks to explore this paradise! The kitchen is equipped, the living room is large & integrated to an external deck. Rooms are small & cozy.

Located about 9 km from the city center, close enough to visit the tourist attractions and far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the nature that surrounds the place. We are very close to the place where public transportation circulates, but the ideal is to be by car. In addition to having a beautiful view, the house also has a swimming pool and barbecue area, garage for up to 3 cars. We have a power backup system that guarantees 24-hour autonomy in case of a power outage in the city.
