Quinta das Marias, cozy

Access by paved and illuminated street; the balcony and bathroom have a panoramic view of the beach, mountains and forest. The street access is unique, but for the apartment is independent with its own keys. It is 400m to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend for walking, they are safe streets and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for morning coffee or snack. Spots for two medium cars.

Casa da Majô (200m from Praia)

The Casa da Majô is located just 5 min walk to Jabaquara beach and 25 min walk to the historic center, which allows you to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the bustle of the center. In the neighborhood there is a bakery and grocery stores. The beach is mangrove, the nursery of marine life, and so has the shallow and calm sea, offering the perfect condition for practicing stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your foot in the sand.

We are fifteen minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande e Prainha, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.
