This place is a flat with a fully equipped kitchen, offering all the necessary comforts; it has split-system air conditioning, a 32-inch LED TV, Wi-Fi, a fridge with freezer, and a stove with oven; it can accommodate up to 3 people; there is a supermarket, bakery and various restaurants nearby in the historic centre! On the property passes a waterfall. The property is forestry, family environment, quiet and abundant nature. The noise is from the waters and birds,we can observe them in their habitat. We do not serve breakfast. Good access, paved road, 2.5km from BR 101. 5km from Toca do Pastel. Respect the house rules.

It has a pool with hydromassage and waterfall, a beautiful garden to enjoy the peace of the place, this area is shared with another flat (only 2 flats on site). The site is 900 metres from the historic center, you will easily get there by walking along the banks of the central (gorgeous) river. Bed and bath linens are offered for your convenience.
