Situated on the beachfront in one of the noblest areas of the city and next to the BIG WHEEL Ferris wheel, the condominium offers excellent infrastructure and complete leisure area. In the surrounding areas, there are several bars, restaurants and fresh seafood options, as well as bakeries, cafes and supermarkets accessible on foot, making everyday life easier. The building also has a cafeteria and pizzeria within the condominium, providing more practicality and comfort to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
