Amei, everything very perfect. The ap is much more beautiful than in the picture. The view is really incredible. A liz left a portable crib for my baby. I loved it!! It really helped. New Ap, everything clean, everything nice. We had no inconvenience and no difficulty. Gratitude, we will definitely be back.

Everything was great, from the moment of arrival to departure. The space was impeccable, very well decorated and with an attention to detail that made all the difference. The quality of the accommodation was exceptional, with comfortable beds, high-quality utensils and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home.

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, identical to the photo, only the building is not up to par, it is very old, there is only one elevator for several people, it is a mission to go up to the apartment

What a wonderful place, nature is an immersion, with gorgeous natural pools, breathtaking views, indeed freshwater houses is stunning! We stayed myself, my husband and my dog billy in the Lotus house and I have nothing to complain about, Cristina and her children from the very beginning have passed clear and objective instructions, all the staff are very attentive and polite, they have welcomed us very well. I only get compliments, recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The condominium is excellent, wonderful pool, everything clean and organized. The house has all the necessary utensils. Were very good days.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

From the time of booking, we were very well received, with a lot of information about the accommodation as well as the surroundings. Very comfortable accommodation, and the view is sensational. What we loved most besides the view, was the location, close to incredible beaches (we did everything on foot). Environment connected with nature, very well preserved. We will definitely return.

We stayed in during Easter and it was a wonderful experience! The apartment is very cozy, clean and exactly like in the pictures. The beachfront location is excellent, waking up to the sound of the sea was a separate gift. The host was super attentive and helpful. We will definitely return !

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather did not accompany us, because it rained, so we could not use the outdoor pool, however the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is excellent! Comfortable, fully equipped, clean, organized, condominium with various leisure options and the best, crossed the street is already on Beira Mar! A great option for those looking for convenience and location.

Great place and great host

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Cumbuco! The place is simply beautiful, with an incredible view of the sea. The apartment is right on the beach, super private, comfortable and very clean — just like in the photos. The location is excellent, perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy nature in peace. The only observation is that the beach in front has strong waves, which may not be ideal for children or those looking for calmer seas, but for those who like to watch the sea or practice sports such as kitesurfing, it is a true paradise. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
