The dream has come true! This fabulous suite is totally eco-friendly, built 100% on top of an old jack-o-lanter, it did not use any nails in the tree and not a gram of cement! Beautiful country house, situated 22 km from the city of Cunha and 20 km from the city of Paraty. 4 en-suites, gourmet area with stove and barbecue and a beautiful room overlooking the lake with fireplace. Easy asphalt access only 300 meters from the Cunha-Paraty road. Lots of privacy, ideal for resting in the midst of nature with comfort and safety. The property is quite large with plenty of grass, flowers, trees and birds. Wi-Fi internet, no 4G signal.

We are on the north coast of Paraty 15 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the region. For nature lovers, the waterfall passes through the backyard of the house . We're a little far from the Centre. It's perfect for getting out of stress. But you can get to the centre of Paraty in a 20 min. by car.
