Teia is a futuristic home in the Serra da Bocaina, 10 km from Paraty. It is located in Aldeia Rizoma @aldeiarizoma, structured and safe condominium of integrated houses in the forest. We have waterfalls with natural pools and private access. Our water is potable and from the spring. We have Agrofloresta, dry sauna, nature integrated fitness room, hiking trails and various therapeutic and ecological experiences can be hired. We are in an area with one of the greatest biodiversity on the planet.

This is the house chosen as the basis for the organization of Flip (International Literary Fair of Paraty) because it is very wide and for the privileged location. 100 m from the Historic Center, you do not need a vehicle to reach the points of interest in the city. It has panoramic deck and views of the City Matrix and Bay of Paraty. It has a large tropical garden. Garage and private parking area. 200 m from Pontal beach. Lots of restaurants, bars and snack bars are easy to access.

Stunning view of the bay of Paraty .Totally renovated for summer of 2023/24 Island near the mainland 10 minutes sailing . Cook , housekeeper Air conditioning in suites and 1 small suite with ceiling fan good for young /single ceiling fan Ceiling fan in all rooms Built on top the light is by a paved ramp and with a guardrail on both sides +or- 200 mts . Not recommended for people with motor or heart difficulties. There is a photo of the ramp on the page .
