Access by paved and illuminated street; the balcony and bathroom have a panoramic view of the beach, mountains and forest. The street access is unique, but for the apartment is independent with its own keys. It is 400m to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend for walking, they are safe streets and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for morning coffee or snack. Spots for two medium cars.

We are located on the banks of the Perequê-Açú River, in the calm and wooded Caborê neighborhood, just 10min. from the Historical Center. The region features paved streets, and bike paths. You will stay in a sophisticated apartment, designed and built by the renowned architect of Paraty Zé Cassio. The flat has a large floor with a very spacious and well-equipped bedroom and kitchen, a nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with breakfast table and chairs sun loungers to admire the beautiful landscape.

Cozy, family atmosphere

It's an extremely cozy place, especially for quiet people. It's a family environment, wooded and safe. A gated community, with a 24-hour doorman. It has two garages, one covered and the other not. It is 2.4 km from the Historic Center, 20 minutes walk. The supermarkets and bakeries are close to the site. The house has a suite and a table with a double bed in the living room. I'll be at guests' disposal through WhatsApp, and if you need me, I'm available to come to the location.

Loft Beira-Rio 02 to 800mts do Centro-Historico

We are in a super quiet and wooded location, facing the Pereque Açu River and at the same time close to everything! With a lovely 10-minute walk by the river you can reach the historic center. You can do everything on foot, have access to the most varied activities that happen in the city: Historical Quarter, boat trips and at the same time relax on the balcony, in peace and silence with a beautiful view of the river. The apartment still offers all the necessary comfort.

Connect to the rest in this quiet and well-located place. Casa Sol, it's a treat! Linda, airy, lovingly planned in the smallest detail. The suite, spacious and airy, has a king bed and one single bed. The full bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The living room, with balcony with hammock, facing the garden and swimming pool, connects to the kitchen and a wonderful bathroom. So charming our Sol House is so charming, that even on raining days it is a guest's darling!

Flat Sailor a charm, a beauty of space . For you who will be coming to Paraty, with your family or friends, I have the best option to stay. They are complete apartments with all necessary infrastructure for a good reserve. Walk around the city. We are 350 metres from Jabaquara Beach, close to grocery store, bar , restaurants, snack bars and general commerce. Vivendas do Mar is very close to the historic center about a 20 minute walk away. Come and be happy!
