We are located on the banks of the Perequê-Açú River, in the quiet and wooded Caborê neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the Historic Center. The region has paved streets and bike paths. You will stay in a sophisticated flat, designed and built by the renowned Paraty architect Zé Cássio. The flat has a large floor with a very spacious and well-equipped bedroom and kitchen, a good bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a breakfast table and lounge chairs to contemplate the beautiful landscape.

There are two suites with independent entrances and a full kitchen that connects the two. A suite with a balcony and hammock, desk and king-size bed. We have three restaurants in Paraty, two of them in the Historic Center Attention: small pets are welcome, but be aware of the additional fee.
