Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

The flat has a large floor with a very spacious and well-equipped bedroom and kitchen, a good bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a breakfast table and lounge chairs to contemplate the beautiful landscape.

Flat Tartaruga is charming. For those of you who will come to Paraty with your family or friends, I have the best lodging option. Complete apartment with all the necessary infrastructure for a good reservation. Walk around the city. We are 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to a grocery store, bar, restaurants, snack bars and commerce in general. Vivendas do Mar is very close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk. Come be happy! NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE UPPER FLOOR
