Loft holiday rentals in Paraty

The place is excellent, very well cared for and has a beautiful view of the Pai das Misericórdias Sanctuary. I stayed for several days but wish I could have stayed much longer. I'll definitely be back. João and Josi were great.

The room is exactly like in the pictures! A great bed, air conditioning super welcome to the heat! The location is perfect, facing the beach that has a taxi boat service that already takes you for walks. The neighborhood is peaceful and 1.5 km away with several options to eat! Danielle leaves a guide in the room with several contact options for food, pharmacy and tours! Excellent cost benefit! Angra is wonderful!!🥰

We have thousands of compliments to Marcelo and the place. The house is complete! If you need to cook, if you need leisure, if you need rest: it has everything! The birds on the balcony are beautiful and we also fall in love with the kittens of the condominium. Very quiet place, there was no ngm in the top house until the last day, so it was silent in this context. The decor of the house exudes culture and care, you can see a little of the personality and affection of the owners with their guests. For sure Marcelo's kindness is a differential! He cares about his arrival, how the road went, with his needs and is always ready to take care of and sort things out. We leave there with the desire to return, it makes you want to move to the condominium. Haha We recommend to everyone! Access to the places very easy if you are in a car. Praia do Tenório very close by. Despite the carnival, with calm and patience we were able to do everything and went everywhere we wanted, including more distant beaches. See you next time!

The apartment is complete and very cozy. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary utensils and the room is comfortable. The furniture is in excellent condition, the air conditioning works perfectly and the bathroom was extremely clean. Alexa's presence was a differential, as was the barbecue inside the apartment — all in great condition. I have no complaints. Hosts were great, and Marcos was super attentive in allowing my entry an hour earlier than agreed.

Probably one of my best airbnb-experiences! Felt like home, its close to the center and the communication was just top-notch. Got a lot of recommendations from Patty and very fast responses. The Airbnb itself had everything (and more) you actually need while travelling. Loved my stay there and would definitely come back again.

I loved the apartment and the location! It was all clean, tidy and organized, I felt at home. The location helped me a lot, at night I was able to walk around and eat quietly, I did it all on foot and without worry. To get to the apartment there is a staircase, maybe for those with a small child it's a little bad, but for me it was quiet. Some notes that I think will help ( but nothing so relevant, so much that I would rent the apartment again) - in the bathroom lack place to hang the towel, clothes… - in the bathroom lack place to place soap - in the bedroom is missing a mirror - and what I missed most, a six-pack or a machine to wash the laundry that we bring from the beach. The apartment faces a beautiful beach, too bad it can't be used, but even then when you wake up and see that view, it's worth the day! Oh, and Natália was wonderful! You can rent, you won't regret it!

Diogo was very kind to allow us to enter before the check-in time. The apartment was clean and organized. Full linen is offered with bedding, bath towels, face towel and blankets (we do not use it, as we are used to taking ours). The mattress and pillows are pleasant. Detail: the view from the apartment is beautiful! We see the entire city of Cachoeira Paulista. One more thing: Having a parking space makes all the difference in the rental. We recommend Diogo's apartment. We'll be back soon!!!

We feel comfortable, there is a balcony with ash ash that can smoke, quiet place, very clean, good mto kitchen, with super brand new utensils and pans, without counting the host's attention, always willing, with fast communication, super recommend!!

My stay and my fiancé's stay was great. The Studio is exactly the same as the photos/description. Everything was clean, organized and easy to access within the environment. The Studio is compact, but serves 2 people well. Negative points: the noise of the streets that ends up reverberating into the apartment, since it meets with the room on the sidewalk; and that there are only 2 floor cloths available. The apartment does not have a cooktop, but it is equipped with a sandwich maker, coffee maker, air fryer and a rice cooker, so you can do a lot of things, we don't miss anything. Good benefit cost. Excellent location in relation to the city's main landmarks, from to do everything on foot. Proactive hosts and facilitated communication and relaxed check-in, which was available 4 hours earlier than agreed. Summary: If you don't mind the noise at night, I highly recommend it!

Clean, organized and cozy place. Perfect for couple and very well located. The host quickly responds to messages by answering questions and giving guidance. I'll go back to Ubatuba and I'm sure I'll love being in the loft.
