There are 5 Suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Includes sailor and housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

Sitio seaside, privacy and home for up to 10 people. Value varies with number of people . The advertised value is for 6 in the low. Access by boat, easy to hire. Ideal for children over 7 years old. We are testing new power grid. There is a solar system for LED lights, 2 outlets 220V and small refrigerator, plus ice box. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. Casa telada with good ventilation. Lots of space for everyone, barbecue area.

House located 3 blocks from Jabaquara beach, Wi-Fi, with a large garden and 4 parking spaces inside the property. The yard is completely enclosed, has an outdoor shower and a barbecue area on the back porch. The kitchen is complete, 2 full sofa beds in the living room, and 2 full beds. There is a supermarket half a block from the residence. Note: only the lower part is rented; I, Pablo, live alone on the upper floor, with a side entrance and access via the back stairs.
