Public transport for me a door. Hot water with a gas water heater, towels, sheets, blanket, fan, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking with a stove and oven, plus a fridge with a freezer.

No chalé aconchegante tem 25m2 e fica a 200 m da praia de Jabaquara e 1,2km do centro histórico. Temos uma área de 12m2 com uma mesa e bancos, para os hóspedes só do Chalé. Temos piscina, churrasqueira e garagem coberta. Na parte térrea do chalé fica a cozinha e o banheiro, na parte superior fica o quarto.Nossa casa fica ao lado. Estamos a disposição para os hóspedes.
