Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Paraty

We stayed at Villa di Fiori for the Bourbon Jazz Festival 2024 and it was great! The house is extremely cozy in every detail, the rooms are wide and with cute decorations. The outdoor area of the kitchen was our favorite, we took a period of rain and we were able to enjoy this space a lot. We stopped the car in the back street, it was quiet, we could take a look at it from the bathroom window. We did everything on foot, the house is well located. Beatriz was very nice and Alisson was very kind at the reception and directions. We are already scheduled to come back, for sure!!

Maria Alice was very kind, always responding with agility. The house was very smelling, clean, easily accessible, has several very useful kitchen utensils, we found the location very good, close to bakery, supermarket, police. I loved the stay. Super recommend it!

Beautiful, very clean and in a great location. The host is friendly and responsive :) We had a great time. One thing to keep in mind for groups of six is that the third room is kind of open (no door) and has no AC. Otherwise everything’s perfect!

Bianca was a great host. It responds quickly and was effective in resolving the setbacks we had. The house is even better than the photos, beautiful! The location is great, close to the center where we find all kinds of trades! The stay was perfect, I highly recommend

We loved staying at Casarão Corumbê, we were very well received by the host and very well served by the staff of the house, always very kind, helpful and polite. Casa always clean and well cared for, has a very nice swimming pool that added a lot in our stay. Beautiful view of the house!

We loved our stay at Stella’s in Paraty! The home is so beautiful and historic! It felt like staying in history. It’s walkable and right in the center of Paraty. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

The house is beautifully located and access is easy, unlike some reviews we've seen here. It is a few yards from Vermelha beach which is beautiful and very quiet. You can access the Lazaro beach also on foot. We have no complaints, on the contrary.

I had a very good experience on the site, it is well located, close to the beach of Perequê. The apartment is comfortable, it had everything I needed. Juliana is a very kind person, she always answered me quickly and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back again!

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

The place is more beautiful than in the pictures. Since I was going to be late, I was afraid not to find it before dark but it was very easy. The place is great for those who want to take tours in the Cunha and Paraty region. Easy to go to Laundry, Serra do Mar State Park and others. They were attentive and we had a great stay.

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

wonderful week immersed in the lush forest, with the comfort of a very pleasant home and a heated pool. change of scenery and letting go guaranteed. ( beware of certain amenities such as outdoor locks that do not close, the sink in the downstairs bathroom that is not waterproof, the fire pit that is no longer relevant, or the cleaning of seaweed in the pool. ). We will come back because this spot is not far from unique!

It was an amazing weekend! Myself and my family enjoy it a lot. The house is wonderful, super cozy, all very clean and complete. Maristela was always attentive and gave us all the necessary support — we didn't miss anything. We will definitely return at another time!

Alugo hosts on Airbnb for a long time and I can tell you that I have finally found the perfect home in all aspects: location, comfort, beauty, cleanliness, communication, and services. Romulus was extremely attentive, approachable, and flexible from the very first moment. The village gave us unmissable tips from a pizzaiolo who came to us for an evening of wood-burning pizzas and his trusted contact for a speedboat tour of the Big Island. Both exceptional indications!!!! Edilene was a full-handed cook, with delicious quitutes, chosen by us through a varied menu to give good water, including desserts. We made our shopping list, order at the market and received the delivery, already organizing everything. Her husband Evandro was also super helpful and available. He also makes a wonderful caipirinha! Not least, the friendly Vânia, who left the house impeccable in tidying up and cleaning, leaving all rooms in the house clean and smelling every day. She was still helping out in the kitchen. With all this support and comfort, we simply had to enjoy the private beach of clean and calm waters, the hammocks, the garden with coconut trees, the deck and the relaxing look. The children enjoyed the sea with the kayaks and floating rugs. The. Ping pong table was also a success. The house, in addition to being decorated with furnishings and tasteful objects, has the special touch of the PASSIONATE paintings painted by the lady herself and scattered throughout the corners. Detail that lives up to the name of the house a real charm! In addition, the house is wide and all linear, with the exception of access to the beach (sea level) and the main gate where the cars are parked (more flights of stairs). This was of unparalleled practicality, especially for my 80-year-old parents with limited mobility (cane and walker). Another amazing thing about the house is that at any point it was possible to have the vision of the other places, very important to watch the children and have more tranquility. Beds are very comfortable. White linen and bath linen,  changed daily. Just the en-suite bathrooms that we found a little cramped, but no big deal! There were 13 in total, all from the same family and we were super well accommodated in the 4 suites. Ah! The gourmet area with wood and barbecue oven is a charm apart, a coziness facing the beach. However, my favorite corner was the network suspended on the deck over the sea, where I made my beautiful sunset photos, enjoying my moments alone. We will certainly be back soon, as soon as some availability of the house is vacant. It has to be lucky! Thank you to everyone involved for the unforgettable holiday!!!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
