S'Malers 90m² Apartment

Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
