Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Cozy, spacious and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment with balcony and great views. The apartment also has a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The designer bathroom is functional and modernly furnished with a rainforest shower. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. A pellet stove is in the hallway.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
