Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. Our new chalets offer generous space for 2 to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the modern kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower / double sink, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. On the gallery you will find a fantastic view to the mountains and enough space to linger in the cozy seating area. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a view to the forest.

Alpenu Hütte, well guad duad

Welcome to the Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a lot of love, we have created a small refuge from an alpine hut for - up to four adults and - up to four children children. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion have been processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed and leave everyday life behind.
