It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

This area is ideal both for skiers, cross-country skiers, hikers and for families with children. This sunny spot has a beautiful view over the 'Moosdal’ and has plenty of parking in front of the door. Near Ehrwald station, ski bus stop 5 min away.
