Grainau is where Germany is most beautiful, right at the Zugspitze and next to the Eibsee. And this house is where Grainau is most beautiful. Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

Our 4 apartments are located 80m from the street, ground floor, south side, 2 of them with furnished terrace; they are between 34sqm and 68sqm in size and all as new, fully and lovingly equipped. Of course parking, W-lan free, indoor pool (300m) with guest card reduced, in summer archery course free. To the centre/beginners ski area 500m, to the free bus 120m, to the train station 500m. Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
