The place was just great! Everything you need was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly accommodation. There were even high chairs, a changing table, a cot and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband always had an open ear for questions. A clear recommendation for a family holiday in the mountains!

Great villa very well maintained

Andrea and Ernst were extremely friendly and helpful! The home was easy to find and spotless! They provided restaurant recommendations as well. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was beautiful to enjoy the weather.

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well block out the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Great holiday home with several apartments. Breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. There are numerous toys and sports equipment available for children. Table tennis, basketball hoop, trampoline, kicker, go-karts and much more. Great little spot on the river to splash around.

The view from the apartment is gigantically beautiful. Luci responded immediately to inquiries and was very helpful. The apartment is well appointed and modern. The cleanliness was also great. I would recommend the apartment for 1-2 people without hesitation.

We have greatly enjoyed the stay with the very beautiful view. The Airbnb has all the necessary amenities; bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bath products but also extras such as olive oil, herbs, honey, tea, coffee, a refrigerator filled with drinks, a pasta meal,.. There are useful functions such as lights that automatically turn on as soon as you pass. Mobile phone charging cables were also provided. The terrace is a wonderful place to be. There are several walks departing from the Airbnb. Furthermore, it is also the ideal base for visiting the sights nearby. In 5 minutes, you can be in the village with shops and restaurants by car. Johannes himself welcomes you with a clear explanation of the stay and also responds quickly to messages. We found it such a pleasant stay that we booked an extra night.

We enjoyed sunny days in the beautiful apartment in the Inn Valley. You have a lot of excursion options, a beautiful swimming lake is not far away, mountains right outside the door, what more do you want? :)

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog has spent hours there unattended (there is still a wire fence behind the Thuja hedge). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (which you can't hear at all) on the upper outskirts directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the very nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor swimming pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 metres in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-round successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

The stay in the apartment was great all around. The area is beautiful, Lisa and Felix are very likeable and the apartment itself is cozy and you immediately feel comfortable. The area itself is great for excursions of all kinds and you can quickly get to the mountain for hiking, cycling or simply to explore the area. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.
