Es gibt ein Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm), ein 160 cm breites Bett, 6 Einzelbetten. Waschmaschine, WLAN sind vorhanden. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Es gibt KEINEN Fernseher und KEIN Wohnzimmer. Es gibt Gesellschaftsspiele. Am Flur befindet sich ein Raum mit der Waschmaschine, der auch von uns benutzt wird.

This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.

Our location: Our holiday house Elsa is located in Holzgau in the middle of the Lech Valley in the quiet hamlet of Dürnau. The „Lechweg“ as well as other hiking and cycling trails or the trail are close to the It's 250 meters to the bus stop. It is about 1.5 km to the centre of Holzgau with shops, bank, tourist office, inns, etc.
