Holiday rentals with a patio in Lermoos

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or via short distances by car. Everything was as in the pictures, sparkling clean and also check-in and check-out very uncomplicated, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

Very nice hosts, we felt welcome right away. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy. From the bedroom window and living room, you had a beautiful view of the Tyrolean mountains. A shopping opportunity and a baker are within walking distance (around the corner), Reutte offers a larger possibility, by car you are here in a few minutes. We would spend our vacation here again anytime.

Beautiful, super beautiful, wonderful. Simply wow! ⭐️ I spent a few wonderful days and my birthday there with my family! Beautiful area, great apartment with everything your heart desires and really clean. Stylishly furnished and the kitchen is super equipped to cook there yourself. The beds are super comfortable and even our two teenagers thought the trampoline on the large terrace was super cool. An earlier check-in was also feasible. This meant we could make full use of the first day of our holiday. We will definitely come back to Kate and are already looking forward to the next time in the beautiful Ötztal. Thanks very much. 🫶🏻

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation and a big thank you to Marco as host. :)

After a 7-hour journey, we were able to immediately switch to holiday mode. We felt right at home, because the small apartment is furnished with a lot of love and even more good taste ;) It was very clean and everything you need is there. We were lucky enough to have caught a few really great summer days and so we could sit outside in the garden and have dinner. The view of the countryside, the singing of many birds and the visit of the neighbouring cat "Hansi" rounded off our stay. The bed is very comfortable and could make my husband (prefers hard mattresses) but also me (prefers soft mattresses) happy. The location of the apartment is great. You can quickly walk to the village centre, where there are some delicious restaurants. We were particularly impressed by the "Zum Dorfbrunnen". Claudia's information folder was also very helpful. It was a stay with very kind and likeable hosts. Keep it up! Greetings from the Harz Mountains ;)

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. A personal highlight for us: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze, is an absolute dream 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ We'll see you at the latest next year at ZUT2026🙌

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We spent a good week in Hubert's Airbnb, to partly work and take a nice walk from work. We felt right at home and have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. You can look at the white mountain peaks from the living room!

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a holiday.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.
