L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro a Bologna nello storico Palazzo Malvasia a pochi passi dalle Due Torri e dal Teatro Comunale. L’edificio è comodamente raggiungibile dalla stazione Centrale coi mezzi pubblici o a piedi camminando per circa 10 minuti. L'appartamento di trova al terzo piano: l'ascensore porta solo fino al primo.
