We are on the third and last floor (with elevator) of a charming period building, in a street as central as it is quiet, in the most charming, elegant and safe historical area. We are in fact between Piazza delle Sette Chiese and the famous Two Towers, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. The space consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom and adjacent bathroom. All the important amenities are available, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

As you open the big wooden door and leave the streets, you'll cross the building's courtyard with its water-well, climb the ancient stone stairwell one floor to find a comfortable open space with a high wooden-beam ceiling and a small mezzanine, for relaxing after the city tours. Perfect for two person , the apartment is located on the first floor and it consist of: entrance in kitchen area,area living with sofà (it's not usable as a bed)and bedroom with double bed (for 2 persons) plus a bathroom with shower. Located in a very lively area with plenty of restaurants pubs and taverns, the apartment is blessed with a inner courtyard and therefore extremely quiet.
